Tropical Storm Irene wreaked havoc on Long Island Sunday but the storm's wrath was still felt Monday morning.
Thousands of LIers remained without power as LIPA worked to restore service. And LIers trying to get to work using the LIRR found that service on many of the lines was still disrupted.
