Poll: How important are post offices?

The U.S. Postal Service announced Tuesday that the service is reviewing 3,700 retail locations nationwide for possible closure.

Among them are 112 post office locations in New York State, including three on Long Island -- Reckson Plaza Station in Uniondale, Setauket and Penataquit in Bay Shore.
