JetBlue Airways Capt. Clayton Osbon was subdued by passengers and later arrested after he exhibited erratic behavior and was barred from the cockpit by the co-pilot during a March 27, 2012 flight from New York to Las Vegas. (June 17, 2009) Credit: Soul Brother/WireImage

Ten passengers, most of them from Long Island, are suing JetBlue Airways over a flight in March during which a pilot had to be physically restrained after screaming about religion and terrorism. The passengers say the airline was "grossly negligent" in allowing him to fly.
