Sen. Charles Schumer Tuesday urged that college admission testing services overhaul how they administer the SAT exams in light of a cheating scandal in which 20 people are now implicated.

Schumer wants mandatory reporting of suspected cheating on the tests. He also wants students to take the exams in their home district, when possible, and suggests that a photo idenitification system put in place, among other measures.
