Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo brought his bully pulpit to Long Island Monday.
In a speech at Hofstra University in Hempstead, Cuomo called on the state Legislature to act on the three biggest items of his agenda: legalizing gay marriage, capping property taxes and overhauling ethics laws for lawmakers.
