Port Jeff celebrates National Poetry Month

To celebrate National Poetry Month, the second annual Poetry and Open Mic Night will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Port Jefferson Free Library.

Local poets Kate Lamberg and Mindy Kronenberg will read their poetry for the first hour. The remaining time will be open to 15-minute slots for public poetry reading.
