Port Jefferson’s Business Improvement District will hold its eighth annual Earth Day Clean Up from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday.

Volunteers are asked to bring their favorite gardening tools and help the village weed, rake and clean overgrown plants.

The event is free, but volunteers are asked to register. The meeting place for volunteers will be at the Port Jefferson Village Center. The first 50 to volunteer will receive a free T-shirt.
