David "Puck" Rainey, whose antics got him evicted from the "The Real World: San Francisco" house in 1994, has accepted a plea deal letting him avoid jail in a domestic-violence case. TMZ.com said yesterday he has pleaded guilty to two misdemeanors stemming from a July 13 arrest in Los Angeles and was sentenced to three years of probation and a one-year domestic-violence program. He received credit for the 15 days he spent in jail following the arrest.
