Rancic returns to 'E! News'

'E! News" anchor Giuliana Rancic, following a double lumpectomy to remove cancerous masses last week, returned to work Monday. Co-anchor Ryan Seacrest warmly welcomed her back. "You're gonna make me cry," a smiling Rancic, 37, demurred, then told him, "I feel great, my surgery went very, very well, I still do have a bit of a road ahead of me but it's nothing I can't handle," she said.
