BORN 'FLEA.' Garden City born-and-raised Lara Spencer of "Good Morning America" -- GCHS, '87 -- premieres season two of her HGTV competition "Flea Market Flip" this Friday at 9 p.m. She tells Newsday that scouring flea markets for bargains has "just been a way of life since I was a very little girl. My mom would take me to the flea market at the racetrack over near Roosevelt Field, and every Saturday morning was devoted to trolling nearby towns for yard sales." You might still see her in town sometime. "My brother and all my best friends from childhood still live in Garden City. The Long Island connection remains very strong to this day."

FINALES.Sean Lowe is set to choose between graphic designer Catherine Giudici and substitute teacher Lindsay Yenter on the finale of "The Bachelor" season 17 tonight at 8 p.m. on ABC. The network announces the next "Bachelorette" star afterward.

PREMIERES. On Tuesday at 8 p.m., "Hell's Kitchen" begins season 11 with Central Islip's Barret Bayer among the chefs. At 9 p.m. it's the first of three one-hour 19 Kids & Counting specials, "Duggars Do Asia," on TLC. Wednesday at 10 p.m. on Food, Old Brookville restaurateur Willie Degel returns for season three of the hidden-camera series "Restaurant Stakeout." Thursday brings season three of singer Toni Braxton and her siblings' "Braxton Family Values" at 9 p.m. on WE.

RECAPS.Bret Young was the first designer eliminated from "Fashion Star" . . . Shamar Thomas was medically evacuated and fan Laura Alexander was voted off "Survivor: Caramoan -- Fans vs. Favorites" . . . Tu Suthiwat Nakchat and Kate Pankoke left "Project Runway" in a double elimination . . . Ditto Meagan Hester and Eric Zapata on "Face Off," while "The Face" offed Madeleine Armstrong.
