PREMIERES Syfy's new show "Hot Set," debuting tomorrow at 10 p.m., lets Hollywood production designers compete to build sci-fi sets. Then it's a big Wednesday with three premieres: First, "Survivor: Philippines," the 25th edition of the show, debuts at 8 p.m. on CBS. The 18 contestants include three who had been medevaced out in past seasons . . . "South Beach Tow" shifts into gear on TRUTV at 9:30 p.m. . . . and MTV's "The Challenge: Battle of the Seasons," the latest in the former "Real World / Road Rules Challenge" franchise, bows at 10 p.m. . . . And on Thursday at 10 p.m., WE's first spinoff, "Tamar & Vince" stars the youngest sister of "Braxton Family Values" and her music-producer husband.

RECAPS. "America's Got Talent" crowned the New York City canine act Olate Dogs . . . Christina Wilson took home the toque on "Hell's Kitchen," while Christine Ha is the season-three "MasterChef" . . . Nick Peterson and Rachel Truehart were the winning couple on "Bachelor Pad," but Peterson arranged to keep the entire $250,000 prize . . .
