Westchester man tests positive for coronavirus

On Tuesday, Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo announced that a second person in New York State tested positive for the coronavirus. The man, an attorney who works in New York City, had an underlying respiratory illness that Cuomo said made him vulnerable to the virus.
