Republican and Democratic White House hopefuls will continue their swings through New York on Monday to gather voter support with the primary just over one week away.

And all five are turning their attention momentarily away from New York City.

Democrat Hillary Clinton will be on Long Island for a discussion on gun control in Port Washington with Rep. Steve Israel (D-Huntington). She also will attend a fundraiser at local Democratic Party leader Jay Jacobs’ Glen Cove camp and the Suffolk County Democratic Committee’s $300-a-head annual spring dinner in Holbrook.

The Westchester County resident and former senator for New York considers the state her adopted home.

New York’s primary is April 19.

Meanwhile, GOP leader-of-the-pack and real estate magnate Donald Trump is slated to address crowds in Albany on Monday after a packed rally Sunday in Rochester.

Trump, like Clinton, is on his home turf. He was raised in Queens and lives in Manhattan.

Democratic Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont, a Brooklyn native who is trailing Clinton in state polls and in pledged delegates, also will visit central New York on Monday. The blitz of town halls and rallies will take him to Binghamton, Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse.

Long-shot Republican presidential candidate John Kasich is scheduled to travel to Troy and Saratoga Springs, according to his campaign. The Ohio governor, who is positioning himself as the moderate alternative to Trump and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), will host town hall forums.

Cruz, who hopes to hold off Trump and force a contested GOP national convention in July in Cleveland, is the only candidate scheduled to hold public events out of the state on Monday. He plans rallies with voters in Irvine and San Diego in California.

Cruz’s wife, Heidi, will be on Long Island Monday, holding meet-and-greets in Melville, Mineola and Bellmore.
