Authorities say a boy stabbed during a fight at a New Jersey mall has been hospitalized with a collapsed lung.
But it's not clear what sparked the scuffle that broke out Saturday night at the Monmouth Mall in Eatontown.
Authorities say the boy remained hospitalized on Sunday. But further details on his condition were not released and his name and age have not been disclosed.
Some stores located near the stabbing scene were briefly closed Saturday night while the incident was investigated. But the mall was operating normally on Sunday.
It wasn't clear how many people were involved in the fight that led to the stabbing. But authorities say no other injuries were reported.
