The jury in the Joe Percoco bribery trial finished its third day of deliberations on Monday without a verdict.
Jurors sent out a note in the morning requesting a lengthy list of nine different items of evidence and transcripts of testimony, but lawyers and the judge weren’t able to agree by the end of the day what to send back.
They expect to finish providing the information by Tuesday morning, when jurors are scheduled to resume deliberating.
Percoco, 48, of South Salem, a former top aide to Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo, is charged with taking more than $300,000 in bribes from two Syracuse developers and an energy company executive in return for official favors.
The trial began on Jan. 23.
