BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) — A day after dropping murder charges against their initial suspect, police are again asking witnesses for help finding the gunman who killed four people and wounded four others outside a Buffalo restaurant early Saturday.

Two men and two women died after being hit by bullets while leaving the City Grill restaurant in the city’s business district at about 2:30 a.m. Saturday.

Of the four men who were wounded, three have been released from the hospital while 30-year-old Demario Vass remains in critical condition at Erie County Medical Center.

Meanwhile, funeral arrangements are being made for the dead. Services for cousins Tiffany Wilhite and Shawntia McNeil are scheduled for Friday at True Bethel Baptist Church. Arrangements for Danyell Mackin and Willie McCaa have not been announced.
