Riverhead eyes 24-hour graffiti removal plan
The Riverhead Town Board wants a plan in place soon that would have all graffiti in the town's business district cleaned or painted over within 24 hours.
Money for the program could come from the business development district fund. The American Red Cross also has offered to clean it up free under its community service program with the court system.
