Sanders might not be the Jets' Week 1 kicker

Jason Sanders missed an extra point and a 54-yard field goal attempt in the Jets' preseason loss to the Giants on Friday. Sanders was well short on his field-goal try.
Special teams coordinator Chris Banjo said Sanders won the kicking job when the Jets moved on from Cade York Tuesday.
The Jets may be combing the waiver wire and see who else is available and have a kicker tryout in the coming days. Teams have to trim their rosters to 53 by Sunday.
