Long Island business owners who were impacted by superstorm Sandy will have a chance to ask federal officials what kind of help is available to them at an informational forum hosted by Rep. Steve Israel (D-Huntington) today in Melville.

The forum will feature officials from the Small Business Administration, Federal Emergency Management Agency and the Long Island Association. SBA administrator Karen Gordon Mills will take questions. Attendees will be able to find out whether their businesses are entitled to a grant, SBA low-interest loan or other federal assistance.

The forum is at 11 a.m. at the Bank of America Building, 300 Broadhollow Rd., Melville, on the lower level.
