Sara Gilbert, wife Linda Perry expecting first child

Actress and "The Talk" co-host Sara Gilbert announced on the show yesterday that she and her wife, songwriter Linda Perry, are expecting their first child together. "I'm pregnant," Gilbert announced mid-show to explain her not doing a stunt involving breaking a cinder block on her stomach. Becoming teary during rapturous audience applause and her co-hosts' congratulations, she said, "I feel good, I feel really good. In the beginning I was a little tired." Gilbert, 39, who has two children with TV producer Alison Adler, and Perry, 49, married in March.
