Sarah Lamsifer is a senior at George W. Hewlett High School and a dedicated student of the theater since freshman year, taking courses in the NYSEC Award-winning theater program. She has impressively performed scenes from different genres and time periods as well as those from her own original works. After a selective audition process, she attended the New York State Summer School of the Arts for Drama. An active member of the Hewlett High School Theater Company, she has performed major roles in plays and musicals.
Sarah currently serves as co-treasurer of the Thespian Honor Society and was an All-State participant. She is a member of the National Honor Society, Tri-M Honor Society, and Foreign Language Honor Society, ranking first in the National French Exam in Nassau County and fourth in the United States. She takes A.P. courses and volunteers at a rehabilitation center and library. Sarah possesses extraordinary intelligence, creativity and professionalism.
