Shoreham Civic Organization to Meet

The Shoreham Civic Organization (SCO) will hold a meeting on Feb. 16 at 7:30 p.m. at Miller Avenue School in the all-purpose room. Representatives from the Rocky Point Fire District will be present to accept a donation from the SCO for the 9/11 Memorial, which they hope to complete by the 10th anniversary of the tragedy.

The SCO welcomes anyone who lives in the Shoreham community to join. However, all members and guests interested in the quality of life in the community are always invited to attend. Meetings are usually held on the third Wednesday of each month at the Miller Avenue School, 3 Miller Ave., at 7:30 p.m. All meeting information is available online at www.shorehamcivic.com.
