Sizemore arrested on battery warrant
Los Angeles police say they have arrested actor Tom Sizemore, 49, on an outstanding warrant for misdemeanor battery, The Associated Press reports. Officer Rosario Herrera says he was arrested early Tuesday. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department website says Sizemore has posted $26,000 bail and has been released. A phone message left for his agent, Cynthia Booth, was not immediately returned. Sizemore, who appeared in "Black Hawk Down" and "Saving Private Ryan," was convicted in 2003 of domestic violence involving his ex-girlfriend, former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss.
