Small plane makes hard landing at Calabro

A small plane flown by a novice pilot made a hard landing at Brookhaven Calabro Airport in Shirley Tuesday, according to airport officials.

The plane came into the airport nosedown at around 10 a.m., officials told News 12 Long Island.

The female pilot was not injured, and fire officials are at the scene.
