ACTIONS

At its June 23 meeting, the town board:

Accepted a proposal from Wehran Energy Corp. to provide engineering services for the design of a permanent landfill gas flare for the municipal services facility at a cost not to exceed $32,050, and authorized the supervisor to execute an agreement on a form approved by the town attorney.

After due study and deliberation of the subject record, issued a SEQRA negative declaration, determination of non-significance (EIS not necessary), in the application for site plan approval by Hypnotic Bar and Grill for Cafe Havana (11-09), June 15.

Accepted donations from Dorothy Tompkins (check No. 2845), $50; Karen Foster (check No. 1237), $40; Forrest Tompkins (check No. 9417), $100, Kathryn Prasad (check No. 4337), $25 (animal shelter).

Authorized transfer from account A.1355.0473 (books and subscriptions) in the amount of $200, and the transfer to account A.1355.0472 (dues/conferences/education) in the amount of $200 (assessor).

Authorized increase to account A.0000.2708 (gifts and donations, animal shelter) in the amount $215, and authorized increase to account A.3510.0485 (veterinary expenses) in the amount of $215 (animal shelter).

Authorized transfer from account A.1355.0220 (field equipment) in the amount of $1,000, and the transfer to account A.1355.0417 (software licensing and maintenance) in the amount of $1,000 (assessor).

Authorized transfer from account A.7620.0411 (office supplies) in the amount of $550, and the transfer to account A.7620.0290 (computer equipment) in the amount of $550 (senior citizens).
