ACTIONS

At its Feb. 9 meeting, the town board:

Awarded bid 09-094 for street sign material, to Allmac Signs, Hall Signs and Chemung Supply, according to summary of award per bids opened Dec. 17.

Awarded bid 09-102, for rebuilding services, to Long Island Truck Parts, Inc., Drive Train Truck Parts Corp. and L&L Automotive Electric, Inc., bids opened Jan. 7.

Authorized Peter D. Johnson, deputy assessor, to attend various New York State Assessors' Association and Association of Towns seminars, as set forth on schedules, at no cost to the town, and further authorized the use of a town vehicle in accordance with existing town policy.

Adopted Section 8PHA plan and further authorized the supervisor to sign any forms necessary for submission or certification of the PHA Plan, on forms approved by the town attorney.

Rescinded resolution 810 of the town board meeting held on Nov. 18, 2003.

Approved the filing of minutes of Dec. 1, 2, 10 and 17.

Approved a proposal from RTP Environmental Associates, Inc., to provide 2010 Greenhouse Gas Reporting services for the Municipal Services Facility at a cost not to exceed $6,000, and further authorized the supervisor to execute an agreement for said services on a form approved by the town

attorney.

Authorized the Highway Department to purchase a floorplate lift from Northern Tool & Equipment.

Adopted a new chapter to the Town Code of the Town of Smithtown titled "Chapter 323, Transfer of Density Flow Rights."
