The storm has moved on, leaving behind just the chance of flurries Tuesday afternoon.

Now Long Island has to brace for the cold, the National Weather Service says.

Tuesday will see increasing clouds, a high in the mid-20s with a low of 11 and wind chill values making it feel well below-zero, with gusts of about 24 mph.

Wednesday won’t be much better, although it will be sunny, a high of about 20 degrees with gusts of about 20 mph and a low of 10.

And Thursday and Friday will feature a lot of sunshine but the high won’t break 20 and the low will dip to 7 degrees both nights.

The weekend temperatures won’t go above the freezing mark as well and there’s a 30% chance of snow Saturday and Sunday, the weather service says.
