A self-professed “Long Island Sound explorer,” Houskeeper tweets often about access to Long Island beaches and shares links to nautical news. He splits his time between Mamaraneck and Long Island, spending April to November on his sail boat full time on the Sound. Last year he picked up work in Greenport as a launch driver, shuttling boaters to their craft.
