Southampton GOP gets new leader
The Southampton Republicans have a new leader.
After two years as chairman of the Southampton Town Republican Committee, attorney Ernest Wruck has handed over the reins to William Wright, an East Quogue resident and mortgage broker.
“It’s a very exciting time,” Wright said. “There’s a great slate of candidates. It’s going to be a lot of fun.”
The Republicans will hold their first meet-and-greet from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Oct. 5 at the Southampton Publick House, 450 Bowden Sq.
