Dune Road was closed during the blizzard any potential erosion from the storm, Southampton Town Police Chief James Kiernan said Tuesday.
The road has no drainage and is prone to flooding during storms, and Kiernan is expecting significant erosion on its beach.
"We don't know the extent of it, but we'll be taking a look at that today and the next couple of days to see where that is," he said.
