Keselowski wins at Talladega

Brad Keselowski got a huge push from Kyle Busch to take the lead with a lap to go Sunday, then used a calculated move to prevent Busch from taking the NASCAR win away from him at Talladega Superspeedway. A nine-car accident with four laps remaining brought out the yellow flag, setting up a two-lap overtime sprint to the finish.

Daytona 500 winner Matt Kenseth was the leader, and chose the outside line for the restart so Roush Fenway Racing teammate Greg Biffle would line up behind him and presumably push him to the victory. That put Keselowski and Busch together on the inside line, but they drifted back on the restart as Kenseth indeed was able to jump out to a huge lead. Kenseth got a little too far away from Biffle, which gave the tandem of Keselowski and Busch a chance to catch him.

"I had this whole plan if I ever got in that situation where I was leading; I thought about it and thought about it, dreamed about what to do, and sure enough, going into [turn] three, it was just me and Kyle," Keselowski said. "I knew the move I wanted to pull. It worked because the guy running second should have the advantage, but I had this move all worked up in my mind."

Juventus takes Italian title

Juventus won its 28th Serie A title and first in nine years after beating Cagliari, 2-0, to stay unbeaten and second-place AC Milan lost, 4-2, to Inter Milan in the next-to-last round of the season. It is Juventus' first league championship since 2003, after its two titles since then were revoked because of match-fixing. The team is four points ahead of Milan.

Man City, ManU win

Manchester City put itself on course to win its first English championship since 1968 by beating host Newcastle, 2-0, behind two goals by Yaya Toure. Manchester United defeated Swansea, 2-0. The win pulled the defending champions even on points with Manchester City, but with a significantly inferior goal difference with one match to play. -- AP
