Matchup: Northport (22-2) VS. New Rochelle (15-9)

Game time: Saturday, 12:30 p.m.

The Tigers are battle-tested for their first visit to Glens Falls in 18 years, having won tight playoff games against Longwood, Deer Park and Baldwin.

Northport has held teams to under 50 points a game. A big reason is 6-9 senior center Luke Petrasek, who averages about 18 points, 11 rebounds and 5 blocks. Athletic swing man Mike Milligan scored the game-winning three-point play against Baldwin and is a dynamic leaper and slasher. Point guard Matt Smith is a rock-solid decision-maker with three-point range.

Northport is facing a team that received wide-spread tri-state and national attention when it defeated perennial power Mount Vernon, 61-60, on a 60-foot buzzer beater by Khalil Edney in a playoff game. The star is Joe Clarke, who averages 24 points and 10 rebounds.

If they advance: Championship game is 3:15 p.m. Sunday vs. Troy or Bishop Kearney
