Stony Brook wins Class C title

Stony Brook won its sixth consecutive county championship with a 43-29 win over Pierson/Bridgehamton this evening in the Suffolk Class C championship game at St. Joseph's College. Brannon Burke had 26 points and 10 rebounds.

Stony Brook (14-5) will play Friends Academy in the Long Island Championship on March 8 at 5:30 p.m. at SUNY-Old Westbury.
