Landmark Hearing: The Oyster Bay Town board meets Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Town Hall East (54 Audrey Ave., Oyster Bay). The agenda includes public hearings on landmark status for the Maine Maid Inn and the expansion of the East Norwich firehouse, and a vote on the proposed 2012 town budget. Southampton Town

Budget Talk: The Southampton Town board will hold a special meeting Tuesday at 6 p.m. at Town Hall (116 Hampton Rd.) to continue a public hearing on the 2012 preliminary budget.
