Lucero vigil: A vigil to mark the third anniversary of the hate-crime killing of Ecuadorean immigrant Marcelo Lucero will begin Sunday at 2:30 p.m. at St. Francis de Sales R.C. Church Parish Hall (220 S. Ocean Ave.); a procession will follow until 4:15 p.m. to the site of the killing at the intersection of Railroad Avenue and Unity Place.
