 Friday, New York State Lottery officials said, they'll reveal the Mega Millions winner at the Middle Island King Kullen where the winning ticket was sold.  Long Island is under a wind advisory Friday morning, with the National Weather Service warning of strong winds of 20 to 30 mph, and gusts of up to 50 mph possible. 
 The advisory is in effect until midnight. 
 An overnight cold front from the northwest may mean peak winds between 10 and 11 a.m. Friday, he said.
