Garden City

Village Board: Garden City’s village board will meet today at 8 p.m. in Village Hall (351 Stewart Ave.). At the last meeting, two local groups presented an $8.2-million restoration plan for the historic St. Paul’s School and asked village officials to hold a public referendum so voters could decide whether to fund the plan. Farmingdale

SAT Hearings: State Sen. Kenneth P. LaValle’s Higher Education Committee will hold hearings Tuesday at 10 a.m. into alleged cheating on the Scholastic Aptitude Test.
