Landmark Meeting: The Oyster Bay Landmarks Preservation Commission will hold hearings tonight at 7 on possible landmark designation for the Maine Maid Inn in Jericho and Community United Methodist Church of East Norwich. Artist Abodes: The new Artspace Patchogue Lofts will hold a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony today at 5 p.m. in the building at 20 Terry St. The $18-million project is a five-story structure with 45 units of affordable live/work space for artists and their families and new space for the C2 Fine Art Gallery.
