Budget Adoption: The South Huntington school board will meet at 7:30 at Stimson Middle School to adopt a 2011-12 budget to present to voters next month. The district has been considering a $140.3-million budget that would cut middle school sports, three varsity high school teams and 62 jobs and could increase taxes by 6.93 percent.
