Senior housing: The Oyster Bay town board will meet tonight at 7 p.m. in the town board hearing room (54 Audrey Ave.). On the agenda is a petition for a zoning change to allow the construction of 390 units of owner-occupied senior housing on the site of a former asphalt plant on West John Street in Hicksvile.
