DISTRICT DEBATE: The Nassau County Legislature will hold a public hearing today at 10 a.m. on a plan for new legislative district lines. YAPHANK PROJECT: The Brookhaven town board will meet at 5 p.m. Tuesday at Town Hall in Farmingville. On the agenda are two public hearings related to The Meadows at Yaphank, a proposed mixed-use development with 850 housing units, a hotel, and retail and office space.
