Subway shover indicted by Man. grand jury
The man accused of pushing a Queens man onto a subway track was indicted yesterday by a Manhattan grand jury, according to the New York Post.
Naeem Davis, who admitted to pushing Ki-Suck Han onto the subway tracks as straphangers watched in horror, was formally indicted for the second-degree murder of the 58-year-old man after shoving him following a dispute.
The incident caused national outrage after the Post ran a photo of Han staring down the oncoming train on its front page.
Davis, 30, is homeless and has maintained that he was defending himself after Han threatened to kill him. He told the Huffington Post last week that he "didn't mean to push him that hard."
