Sunday breakfast to thank veterans in Elmont

Nassau Legis. Carrié Solages (D-Elmont) will present a Veterans “Thank You” Breakfast on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the American Legion-Post 1033, 60 Hill Ave. in Elmont.
Continental breakfast will be served.
The event is open to the public but is primarily for the veterans, officials said. For more information, contact Solages’ office at 516-571-6203.
