 The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. in the hamlet’s library, 1551 Newbridge Rd. The meeting room has a capacity of 150 people. 
 The attorney for North Shore Farms Holdings, LLC, is expected to talk about the North Shore Farms lease of the old Rite Aid building and an upcoming Hempstead Town Board of Appeals hearing. The developer is seeking a special exception for its proposed supermarket greater than 9,300 square feet in an existing building, on 2820 Jerusalem Ave. in North Bellmore. The hearing is scheduled for Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Nathan L.H. Bennett Pavilion, adjacent to Hempstead Town Hall, 1 Washington St. in Hempstead. 
 Albert Hakim, vice president of Al-Lectric Emergency Power of Freeport, will talk about different types of emergency generators for residential and commercial use available on the market and the advantages of having one.
