Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce aren't the first example of the marriage of entertainment and athletics. Here are some other celebrity supercouples who crossed both worlds.

Marilyn Monroe and Joe DiMaggio — The blonde bombshell and the Yankee Clipper met on a date set up by press agent David March and were married in January 1954. Nine months later, they were history.

Robin Givens and Mike Tyson — The heavyweight champ was anxious to meet the "Head of the Class" star, and reached out repeatedly to her management team. Eventually, they met and married in February 1988. Their stormy union was so much tabloid fodder. Ironically, their divorce was finalized on Valentine Days, 1989.

Halle Berry and David Justice — The Oscar winner proposed to the Atlanta Braves rightfielder and first-baseman five months after they met in 1992. They were married on New Year's Day in 1993 and divorced in June 1997.

Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady — The former New England Patriots quarterback broke up with actress Bridget Moynihan shortly after meeting the supermodel in December 2006. They were married in a private ceremony in February 2009 followed by a larger second ceremony with their families two months later. They ultimately divorced in October 2022.

Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade — Sports brought these two together when actor Union and basketball's Wade co-hosted a Super Bowl party in Miami in 2007. They didn't actually start dating until two years later and didn't get married until 2014. They're still together 12 years later.

Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher — The country music star (and season 4 "American Idol" champ) had a thing for athletes, having previously dated Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo before meeting Fisher in 2008. She and the hockey star wed in July 2010 and have two children.

Ciara and Russell Wilson — A basketball game at the University of Wisconsin was the meeting place for the Grammy winner and the NFL Giants quarterback in 2015. They tied the knot in July 2016 and will celebrate their 10th anniversary on Monday.

Hailee Steinfeld and Josh Allen — The "Sinners" actor and Buffalo Bills quarterback began dating in May 2023 and were married exactly two years later. In April, they welcomed a daughter, Harper.
