A white tent was put up outside Madison Square Garden before 3 p.m. Thursday near an entrance where black SUVs were spotted pulling into the venue. Police are closing off West 31st Street, preventing people from getting close to the tent, a presumed designated entrance for guests. A crowd of more than 20 are swarming close to the barricades as cars have begun entering the the loading dock on West 33rd Street.
