Take a 'fragrance journey' in Sag Harbor

OK, stay with us on this -- on May 22, a private party in Sag Harbor will have you sipping, sniffing and then creating your own perfume.
But it will cost you -- $145 per person. For that, organizer Sue Phillips of Scenterprises, Ltd. will take you on what she calls "a fragrance journey" where you will fill out a questionnaire about your tastes in wine and perfume, be served certain kinds of vino based on the results and then make a fragrance. At the end of the two-hour event, you go home with a refillable atomizer spray of your very own fragrance (and can reorder later if you totally love it).
"It's the first time we're doing it in the Hamptons," says Phillips, who has created perfumes for Tiffany, Diane von Furstenberg and Trish McEvoy.
The event will be held att the home of "a very eligible, wonderful man," she adds.
