'Taxi' star hospitalized

in apparent overdoseJeff Conaway is in critical condition at an Encino hospital after an apparent overdose, E! News reports. "He is in a coma and unresponsive at this time," Conaway's manager Phil Brock said. There is no word on whether doctors expect Conaway, 60, to wake up. The former "Taxi" star, who also played bad-boy Kenickie in "Grease," has been plagued by health problems, including a bad fall that occurred when he was under the influence of methadone and OxyContin.
