Taylor Mussenden, Suffolk Scholar Artist for June

Taylor Mussenden,a Ward Melville High School senior, is a sophisticated graphic designer whose skills and talent have received numerous awards including accolades for a branding campaign selected to represent the Manhattan-based non profit company, One Day. Already having experience as a professional graphic designer, she continues to create logos, websites and poster designs for numerous organizations including The Journalism Education Association/National Scholastic Press Association; The Living Book Project (A Stony Brook University/Three Village collaboration); and the West End Hospitality Group in Manhattan.

Tayloris also the Captain of the Varsity Softball team and was named a Scholar Athlete and All-League Pitcher. She is a member of the National Honor Society, Quill and Scroll, Art and Global Language Honor Societies and Media Club. Taylor will attend Lehigh University where she plans to major in marketing and minor in design
