'Hannah Montana' actor in DUI, cops say

Mitchel Musso, one of Miley Cyrus' sidekicks on "Hannah Montana," was arrested Sunday morning on suspicion of DUI, Us reports. He had a blood-alcohol level "well over" the legal limit of .08, Burbank, Calif., Sgt. Sean Kelly told the Burbank Leader. Because Musso, 20, is not of legal drinking age (that is 21), Kelly said any alcohol in his body is considered illegal. Musso posted $5,000 bail and was released from jail.


Miller to move from FBI office to CBS News

John Miller, a veteran of government and television, is coming back to the small screen as a senior correspondent for CBS News, The Wrap.com reports. Miller will primarily contribute to the struggling "Early Show," but will also appear occasionally on "60 Minutes." He had a long career in local TV news, beginning in 1973 at WNYW/5 (then WNEW). In 1994, he became a deputy commissioner for the NYPD, then returned to television at ABC News. Since 2005, he has served in the FBI's Office of the Director of National Intelligence.


Jay-Z, Kanye West add tour dates at The Garden

The Throne -- aka Jay-Z and Kanye West -- has added more shows to its "Watch The Throne Tour," including two nights at Madison Square Garden, reports Newsday's Glenn Gamboa. Jay and 'Ye will hit The Garden on Nov. 7 and 8, following already sold-out shows at the Izod Center in East Rutherford, N.J., on Nov. 5 and 6. Tickets for the new shows, supporting the rappers' album-length collaboration "Watch The Throne" go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday through Ticketmaster, while the pre-sale for Citi card members starts at 10 a.m. Wednesday through citiprivatepass.com.
